AI sessions in campaigns
Campaigns use the same AI session experience described in Using AI sessions — there's nothing different to learn here. This page just covers the two places you'll find a chat when you're working inside a campaign.
Where to chat from a campaign
- The campaign's home page. Every campaign's Overview tab has a composer at the top — type a request there ("draft a follow-up email for people who didn't open the last send," "move next week's send to Thursday," anything) and pressing send starts a new chat scoped to that campaign.
- A dedicated session. Every chat you start from a campaign is also saved as its own session, which you can reopen later from the campaign's list of sessions to keep working on the same thread instead of starting fresh.
Both entry points behave the same way and lead to the same kind of conversation — the composer on the home page is just the fastest way in when you're not sure yet whether you want a whole new thread or to continue an existing one.
Where the results go
Anything you create through a campaign session — an email, a text, an image, a landing page, and so on — lands in that campaign's Library tab automatically. You don't need to save or file it yourself; as soon as the assistant creates something inside a campaign's chat, it's attached to that campaign and shows up both in the Library tab and, if it's recent, on the shelf at the bottom of the Overview tab.
Because everything the assistant makes for a campaign is scoped to that campaign automatically, chatting from inside the right campaign is the easiest way to make sure new assets land where you expect them, rather than starting a general chat and having to move things afterward.
