Journeys

Customer journeys, built on a canvas.

Build per-contact journey automations on a visual canvas, welcome series, re-engagement, event follow-ups, that run on their own and never surprise you.

Canvas

Build it by hand, or have the agent build it.

Drag on steps, send a message, wait, check a condition, and connect them in the order they happen; configure any step in a side panel, with changes saved automatically. Prefer to describe it? Tell the agent the journey you want in plain language and it lays out the steps and branches for you to review. Either way, nothing goes live until you explicitly publish.

  • Drag-and-drop canvas, or describe the journey in plain language
  • Triggers, branching, waits, and send windows
  • AI-built or hand-built, always human-approved before publishing

Approvals

Human-in-the-loop, by design.

Any step can pause for a person. An Approvals inbox collects every decision waiting on you across all journeys, so drafts move fast and nothing customer-facing ships itself.

  • Approval steps pause the run until you decide
  • One inbox across every journey
  • Versioned edits, live changes never overwrite blindly

Deterministic & audited

Read it like a flowchart. Trust it like one.

Journeys are deterministic per-contact graphs, not a black box. See how many contacts are moving through each journey and where, and find failed runs in one place with the reason attached: retry after a fix, or stop the ones that shouldn't continue.

  • Live run counts per step
  • Failed-runs list with retry and stop
  • A full audit trail for every step and decision

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How is a journey different from a routine?

A journey is a deterministic, per-contact flow, messages and actions aimed at your contacts. A routine is scheduled, unattended work an agent does that doesn't message contacts directly (reports, research, publishing).

Can the agent build a journey for me?

Yes. Describe the flow in plain language and the agent proposes the steps and connections for you to review and apply, or build it by hand on the canvas.

What happens to contacts already in a journey when I edit it?

Live edits are versioned, so changes don't blindly overwrite what's running. For significant changes, test on a small segment first.
